Louise has spent most of her adult life working with young children. In 2011 she received a BSc in Early Childhood studies and went on to take part in the Rainbow Project in Kolkata, India. It was during this time that she fell in love with teaching. Since receiving her PGCE she has worked as a reception teacher, Early Years Lead and SENCO for 6 years, specialising in supporting children with additional needs. Her passion lies in the importance of children’s communication and language, in developing children’s interests through play and nurturing children’s individual characteristics. She spends her time providing and encouraging a high quality early years experience - “The early years truly last a lifetime and these rich experiences are fundamental in creating building blocks for life”.
